This website is operated by GERSY. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GERSY. These Terms apply to everyone who visits or shops on our site.

2. Product Information

We try our best to make sure all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However, sometimes small mistakes happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information without prior notice.

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to different screen displays or lighting during photography.

3. Orders

- Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (e.g., stock issues or suspicious activity).

- If your order is canceled, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

4. Pricing

All prices are in INR (₹) and are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. But if there’s a size issue or defect, we’ll help you sort it out.

- You must request a return or exchange within 6 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

- Exchanges are free for the same item in a different size (if available).

- If you received a damaged or wrong product, please email us at gersy.helps@gmail.com with your Order ID, photos, and a description of the issue.

- Refunds are only issued in genuine cases where the product is faulty and cannot be replaced.

- Products bought on sale or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

- A small ₹100 fee may apply for reverse pickup if your return is approved.

6. Shipping

- We usually dispatch orders within 2–4 working days.

- You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

- GERSY is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

7. Your Information

When you shop with us, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information. This helps us process your order quickly and contact you if needed.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our site or products for illegal purposes, or to abuse, hack, spam, or harm the website or other users in any way.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the GERSY website (images, logos, designs, text) belongs to us. Do not copy or use our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to offer a smooth and safe shopping experience. However, we are not responsible for damages, losses, or claims that result from using our website or products.
