Returns/Exchange Policy

Reverse Pick-Up / Shipping Back-

1- We offer reverse pick-up in most areas (₹100 will be deducted from your refund for this service).

2- If reverse pick-up isn’t available in your area, we’ll ask you to send the product to our address.

Important Notes

3- Items that are used, washed, or returned without tagsĀ cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4- Items bought on sale or with discount codesĀ cannot be returned or refunded.

5- You can exchange or returnĀ only once per order, so please choose carefully.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

6- You can ask for a return or exchange within 2Ā days of getting your order.

7- Just contact us by email with yourĀ order ID and the reason.

8- We’ll guide you on the next steps.Ā 

Exchange (for size or wrong item)

9- If the size doesn't fit or you received the wrong item, we’llĀ exchange it for free (if it’s the same value).

10- If the new item costs more, you’ll just pay the difference.

11- The product should be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags on it.

Refunds (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)

12- We give refundsĀ only for damaged or faulty products.

13- Send usĀ photos of the issue and your order ID within 2 days of delivery.

14- Once we check and confirm, we’ll process your refund.
